Our bone-in pork chops are incredibly tasty and the bone helps to keep them nice and juicy. These pork chops are pre-smoked and marinated, you’re sure to love the flavour pairing of the smoked pork with the maple syrup and whisky.
Method:
Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. The chops are pre-cooked, so all you need to do is pop them in the oven or on the BBQ for 20 minutes at 350 °F, brushing them with the sauce from time to time.
*Tip: sear them in a pan on or the BBQ before cooking.
